Shipping policy

At CleanCrunch, we’re committed to delivering your favorite clean-label snacks quickly, safely, and fairly. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Serviceable Locations

We currently ship to most pin codes across India, including metros, tier-1, and tier-2 cities. If you’re unsure whether your address is covered, drop us a message at info@cleancrunch.co.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Retail Orders: ₹99 flat shipping fee

  • Free Shipping: Currently available only in certain PIN codes in India   

  • Bulk/B2B Orders: Shipping rates are calculated separately based on volume, weight, and delivery location. Please email info@cleancrunch.co for a quote before placing a bulk order.

Shipping fees are displayed clearly at checkout before payment.


3. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing Time: 1–3 business days

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

    • Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

    • Remote or Out-of-Courier-Zone Areas: Up to 10 days

You’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking link once your order is shipped.


4. Delays & Service Disruptions

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, orders may be delayed due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • National or regional holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions or courier delays

We’ll keep you informed via email in case of significant delays.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout. CleanCrunch is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to:

  • Incomplete/inaccurate address

  • Unreachable phone numbers

  • Customer unavailability at the time of delivery

If returned to us, reshipping may incur an additional charge.


6. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive:

  • A tracking number and courier name

  • Updates via SMS/email on order movement

If tracking is not updated within 48 hours, reach out to us for support.


7. Damaged or Lost Orders

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost:

  • Email us at info@cleancrunch.co within 24 hours of delivery

  • Attach images of the product and packaging (if applicable)

We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. We’re working on it—stay tuned!
