CleanCrunch began with a simple, personal question:Why does eating healthy always feel like giving something up?
I’m Ragini Dhawan, and I founded CleanCrunch in 2023—not just as a food brand, but as a response to years of lived experiences that shaped how I see health, food, and joy.
Growing up with a congenital heart condition, I underwent three open-heart surgeries before I turned fifteen. That early brush with my own health taught me the importance of nutrition, healing, and prevention. Years later, while studying at University College London, I lived with a close friend who had type 1 diabetes. Watching her struggle to find easy, tasty, blood sugar–friendly snacks in a world of vending machines packed with sugary junk made something click:
We all deserve better choices—but not boring ones.
That’s how CleanCrunch was born.
What makes us different?
India is a country where food is deeply emotional, cultural, and celebratory—but also one facing a sharp rise in diabetes, obesity, and diet-related diseases. We saw a clear gap: people want to eat better, but they don’t want to give up taste.
At CleanCrunch, we’re not here to preach health fads or guilt people into clean eating.
We’re here to bridge the gap—between wellness and indulgence, between honesty and hype. Our snacks are made with real, functional ingredients, with no chemicals, no preservatives, and no shortcuts—just food that’s clean, delicious, and good for you.
We’re proud that a majority of our sales come from repeat customers, a testament to the fact that people genuinely love the taste—and trust that it’s 100% healthy.
In our first year, CleanCrunch grew by 400%, building a strong presence across premium cafés and restaurants (HORECA), and expanding into homes through Blinkit, Amazon, and our own website.
