At CleanCrunch, your satisfaction means everything to us. We make snacks that are clean, honest, and crafted with care—but if something doesn’t go right, we’re here to help.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, we will offer a refund or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- The item was missing from the order
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To request a refund or replacement:
- Email info@cleancrunch.co with your order ID
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Describe the issue briefly
Once verified, we’ll either:
- Resend the item (if available), or
- Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days. It may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.
- To cancel, email us immediately at info@cleancrunch.co with your order ID.
- If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
